Lisa: We agreed the CFC and now Roy is working on the publication process

<Roy_> https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/task-forces/coga/wiki/PlanningPage
Lisa: WCAG 2.2 updates
Jennie: Got a groups of 4 people. 1st meeting tomorrow and preparing draft
rachael: not a huge amount of progress - feedback from group - have a choice of directions
Will bring to TF agenda next week.
lisa: will be helpful if groups let me know a week in advance to add to agenda
david: need to setup initial group
lisa: if you need find co helper then let let me know.
john: can start meeting in next week or so.
Steve: john K has asked for help
after a draft - now waiting for the date
... JohnR is ready for a second meeting
... will set up meetings for both
lisa: we will have group items on agenda next week.
steve: seems like good discussion between WCAG and TF members
lisa: will catch up with Abi and EA as they have been unable to make recent meetings
Jennie: can we review the new web
page content to be accessible to people with cognitive
accessibility
... going to a coinference in Oct and would like to make people
aware of their rights and point them to out content
... can we add a process point to review our content for
readability?
lisa, Steve: excellent idea
Jennie - the terms document is getting hard to use as when adding new items
lisa: adding action point ot deal with it
lisa: TR will probably be publish
on Monday and then we need to disseminate asking for
reviews
... we should organise how we do this to avoid inundating
people with request.
Michael - ensure you coordinate the release to people for review with Roy's work on the normal W3C release process
Lisa: also need a template email
Michael use git hub issues for collecting responses - Roy can act as intermediary if issues are a problem for some
lisa: Roy and myself will come up with proposed process for this

<Jennie> With SC and current asks, that's all I can do right now.
Lisa (going off agenda) do people now have bandwidth for working next publication
john: no
rachael: can support some
lisa: reviewing patterns for
splitting and lumping is a high priority
... some have editors notes in current version
rachael: also need to change to constant voice.
lisa: should we have an editorial subgroup to look at all these issues togehter?
steve: +1 as need to get a sense of size patterns should be - eg granularity
rachael: will send item to list to form the group
