Lisa: Timeline for the next version of the roadmap, we really want the next version for end of next month.

<LisaSeemanKestenbaum> tobales: https://rawgit.com/w3c/coga/master/gap-analysis/table.html

Lisa: there is quite a lot there. Tables published were very old, we have much better/newer ones. With Michael we put together a to-do list.
... from the wiki page of what we need to do, lot of editorial, messing around with links.
... also need the issue papers to link to. some where ready, but not published yet.
... would like to put in the google-doc for the overview document, if it can be filled in, in time.
... could put in some to-do editorial comments.
... Most of the content writing is in the appendix. I'd like to get what we know out there asap.

<scribe> ... new content to go in, editorial review of the tables in feb.

UNKNOWN_SPEAKER: If you go to the comments section of the wiki page, and it links to the tables. These have been approved, but you might want to re-read as it's been a while. Please then approve, or put in comments about them.

Lisa: Do you find that usable?

<LisaSeemanKestenbaum> ACTION: lisa move aproval to google docs

<trackbot> Created ACTION-266 - Move aproval to google docs [on Lisa Seeman-Kestenbaum - due 2018-02-22].

<LisaSeemanKestenbaum> https://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/cognitive-a11y-tf/wiki/Research_sources

Lisa: Please review tables and comment in the wiki page.

Techniques for WCAG 2.1 support and understanding document - see https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/wiki/WCAG_2.1_CR_Exit_Criteria

JohnR: Sent my previous action (263) to the list.

<JohnRochford> 263

<LisaSeemanKestenbaum> https://rawgit.com/w3c/coga/master/gap-analysis/table.html

<LisaSeemanKestenbaum> https://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/cognitive-a11y-tf/wiki/List_for_Gap_Analysis_V2

Lisa: John, can you edit the table? Mainly out of date links at this stage.

<JohnRochford> I'm in favor of editing as a last step.

Lisa: Next thing is issue papers summaries. In the gap analysis, not all the issues papers were in there. If the issue paper look mature, do a summary for inclusion.

Jan: I've started that with Cherie.

Lisa: going through, seeing what is missing from our published gap analysis, and sending each one to the list
... New appendix we're writing -

<LisaSeemanKestenbaum> https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WcfVALVq8PS9CLXUuAfV9Op0wXvI2yJYedj5jO23GTk/edit#heading=h.rgqn5t5157lo

<JohnRochford> Shari = Shari

Lisa: I didn't promise APA that we'd put this in, as we might as well get what we've done out there ASAP.
... We had a sub-group meeting, normally on a tuesday, but it isn't moving along yet. Everyone wants to participate, but difficult to find a time.
... Alastair will add some text under the usability testing / process heading.
... Spoke about re-theming it, but will leave that for the moment.
... Jan has been allocated some, could anyone else (Johns?) take some on?

JohnRochford: Everything is clear for you about the work you're describing, but I'm feeling overwhelmed with the big list of things. There might be too much?

<LisaSeemanKestenbaum> https://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/cognitive-a11y-tf/wiki/List_for_Gap_Analysis_V2

Lisa: going back to the to-do list. This page is for the new version of the gap analysis.
... I'll put in item 1 - update user needs tables.
... so next publication, is updating the content of the tables. Links are out of date now, plus editorial review.
... Second aspect is the issue papers in the gap analysis, and not all had summaries in the gap analysis tables.

Third thing - add to the google doc on how to make content usable for COGA people.

https://rawgit.com/w3c/coga/master/gap-analysis/

<JohnRochford> I have to go now. Ciao.

Lisa So all these go into the overall roadmap / gap-analysis, it is the tables that need updating, and secondarily the new appendix for making-things usable.

Lisa: (Reminds alastair about the techniques action item)
