renato: the md file of the test regime page has not been changed, he will remind benws

CR testing

renato: last week he, michaelS, benws and simonstey had to call to clarify what exactly makes a Rule active or not-active
... some more details have been discussed.
... the outcome of that: an implementer should fill in their test results - and may add the results as defined by the IM (not-/allowed, not-/infringed ...)
... hopes this is a good compromise.

all: probably not (in time)

ivan: conclusion: each exit criterium should be covered twice
... this wg should share that a Proposed Recommendation by mid-December

benws_: when must results be delivered?

benws_: is unhappy about this short implementation period

ivan: will submit a PR request in early December requesting a short extension of the charter of this WG.
