thier result to to claim a test has passed or failed
... is there a time limit? Expect test period closed mid November

the 15th. Nov. If we don't have enough implementations then we have to

renato: we are trying to minimise changes
here. It's not so useful for implementation

michaelS: but current implementors are using it, so would be good to have it
