want to publish PR 2017-11-02
send transition request Thursday, October 26 2017
ARIA CfCs to come out mid Oct
cc publishing-wg as FYI
may be some last minute frantic things, review status, etc.
checks contributors and makes sure they´re known as WG participants who have accepted IP
GitHub username should be added to W3C profile
contributors can be added / removed in the pull request comment
gives a warning if unknown user listed
person accepting pull request should sort it out
let´s set up in ARIA repo first and see what happens
later deploy to practices and the split repos
<ShaneM> avn ls
for editorial edits, may not matter that a person is unknown, need to sort out whether to remove them as ¨contributor¨ or just ignore the warning
one experience is that associating account when pull request fails check doesn´t get pull request cleared immediately
everyone should associate accounts asap
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-aria/2017Sep/0057.html
it´s about time
when 1.1 wraps up in Nov
need to set up the code transition from 1.1 to 1.2
then split the repo accordingly
Tentative: October 18 2017
