HTML5.2 CR timeline

AD: Have done the referrerPolicy issue.

LW: Arron reviewed and it's only an editorial wrapped link that needs fixing.

AD: Need to do the IndexedDB issue still.

CMN: That's the one that's holding us up.

LW: Is there anything we can do to help?

AD: Find someone else?
... I'll work on it today.

LW: Worth pinging Josh Bell for help? He has an interest in getting this done for the IndexedDB spec.

AD: Good idea.

LW: Fair to say you haven't looked enough at this issue to have a sense of timetable?

AD: Yes.

HTML5.1 2nd edition timeline

CMN: How long did we give for CR?

LW: 4 weeks.

CMN: We should ask the Director to approve this inspite of the CFE.

LW: It's a moot point - by the time we run CR and PR + CFC/approval time, we'll hit the 60 day CFE anyway.

HTML5.3 timeline

CMN: Want to move Custom Elements into HTML5.3

AD: Good idea.

LW: Please comment on the issue, also ask people in the Chromium/Google teams for comment?

AD: Wil do.

CMN: So if it does ahead, holding off the FPWD until we've rolled it in, makes sense.

AD: Yes, it'll be a lot of editing.

CMN: It's a non-trivial amount of editing, but not murderous.

LW: Any update on a second implementation for the revised inert attrib?

AD: We've been working on other people.
... Will hopefully know more next time.

Meeting times

AD: Suggest alternating meeting times.

LW: Flipping it 12h every other meeting?

AD: Yes

LW: So we'd either have Xiaoqian and Sangwhan, or Travis and Arron, but not both at once.

CMN: Yes.

LW: Ok, will do that from next time.

F2F meeting

CMN: Think it would be useful.

CMN: No, too much else happening.

AD: Timing?

CMN: Early next year.
