Evaluation context

https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xformsusers/2016Dec/0058

Steven: The question is whether a single-item binding should reset both position and size, or just size.

Erik: I need a bit more time to think about this.

Steven: That is fine

Erik: It seems like both properties go together.

Steven: I could see the argument that position always has to be <= size, in which case what you are doing would be right

Erik: xslt foreach is an example of something similar to what we do.

Dynamic dependencies

https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xformsusers/2016Dec/0059

<ebruchez> instance(/a/b)

<ebruchez> 2 instances: 'i1', 'i2''

<ebruchez> <bind ref="instance(a/b)">

<ebruchez> <input ref="b">

Steven: So you are saying that instance() is dangerous if the parameter to it is dynamic.
... I want the spec to be clearer, so we need to say that a changing argument to instance and id would need a manual rebuild.
... So I'll try to rewite that bit, and see if you are happy with the result.
