3. Status of incorporating Michael Cooper’s / Alastair Campbell recommendations. (Deborah / Tzviya / Matt)

Romain: I tried to do all of what was assigned.

Charles: Tzivya merged this in

Romain: discoverability need for metadata for digital publication discoverable and the next section is on optimized renditions.

Romain: not sure if what I added need some review by this group.

Charles: we will take a look at that.

Jean: Yes I am here.

Agenda item #2 was what Peter added the math and we think it is fine.

Group: looks fine.

Romain: comment on math, the math CG is going to be added should we add a link or note about this to our note?

Tzviya: we should wait since it is a Community group and talk after it starts.

Charles: Status on Michaels /Alastair comments

Tzviya: timeline?

Jean: would love to say this will be done by the end of next week… or run out of time.
... when I get stuff put together I will give to Tzviya or Deborah so that it will put into Respec.

Jean: you will have to add my github as a consultant to DAISY on this.

Tzviya: email this to me please.

Jean: I need to go through the comments line by line and I am incorporating the feedback and that the overall tone of the document is adequate and not directive in nature.

Tzviya: then we will need to review our document internally then send out the DPUB for consensus.

Charles: I will be at CSUN all next week.

Tzviya: I would love to work on this via email all next week.

Jean: George gave me a max of 10 hours and I am close to 2 hours now.

Charles: and wasn't Matt was going to help with this?

Tzviya: No we decided that Jean would do this instead.

Charles: thank Jean for taking this on.
