Should we define a vocabulary for describing temporal reference systems

- Description:
- A TRS class is included in the ontology, to support description of time positions using a variety of reference systems. However, this is a stub class - with no properties defined.
ISO 19108 defines 4 temporal reference system classes:
- temporal coordinate system
- temporal ordinal reference system
- calendar
- clock
In the draft document I have shown how the interval-based ontology itself can be used to describe a hierarchical-ordinal system (the geologic timescale). However, there is no RDF-based formalization for the other systems.
Should we define a vocabulary for the definition of the other temporal reference system types? (Calendar-clock, temporal coordinate reference system). Perhaps as an additional annex to this document, alongside the Time Zone resource?
