This is different from http://w3c.github.io/data-shapes/shacl/#function-hasDatatype.

RESOLUTION: Close ISSUE-70, stating that rdf:type statements are optional but SHOULD be included whenever possible on IRI nodes. omitting rdf:type statements may have various negative effects
