There are several vocabularies that hold many properties can be heavily leveraged in the data usage vocabulary. How and where do we describe these properties and at what level of detail is appropriate? We want to give readers enough guidance to get started, not overwhelm them, or not leave readers with the impression that we are recommending certain properties.

This has been discussed in recent meetings. It is really important for future releases that we help show how other 3rd party vocabularies can be included. We've run out of time however for the December RFC.
