Based on the meeting issue-170 discussion topic in http://www.w3.org/2013/meeting/dwbp/2015-07-03, it was concluded that the DUV model that classes from PROV would be more appropriate.

In terms of the discussion prov:Agent versus prov:Activity the DUV editors will review the guidance: http://www.w3.org/TR/prov-dm/#section-agents-attribution-association-delegation for guidance on the PROV data model .
