What is the relation between duv:Feedback and dqv:UserFeedback?

In the Data quality vocabulary, we have included dqv:UserFeedback as possible kind of dqv:QualityAnnotation, where dqv:QualityAnnotation is a subclass of oa:Annotation. Whist In the current version of DUV, there is a duv:Feedback subclass of oa:Annotation.

Likely, dqv:Feedback/ duv:Feedback are somehow related. They might even be the same class. If they turn out to be the same only one should be kept. Otherwise the relation between these two classes should be clearly specified.
