- Data usage is currently parent class for the Application, however there are other types of data usage such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), README, or instructions. Do we have enough evidence to conclude the need usage information in the way of annotation?

Data usage has changed quite extensively since the last F2F meeting. This issue is no longer relevant because extensive changes have been made to the "data usage" side of the model.
