DWBP is now the only WG using CommonScribe which is effectively no longer maintained... as it sometimes produces this kind of mess. We should now move to the old RRSAgent/SCribePerl methods that produce minutes like http://www.w3.org/2015/10/09-dwbp-minutes which is the set linked from the agenda for that day as well as the wiki.
