3 Container classes hierarchy

PROPOSED: revert decision of 17 February 2014 on class hierarchy of containers and go back to a flat hierarchy to avoid dependency and give more flexibility for the future

  • approve publication of LC2: 3 March
  • one week for W3C to publish: 10 March

  • one month for CR: 28 April
  • two months for PR: 28 June
