UC-1: Application needs to have additional error handling
Description
- As an application i would like to know how to provide cloud browser specific errors
- The client generates an decode error
- cloud browser provides error to the application
Contingency design is the key for great user experience. Especially on PayTV services this may have great impact as the user expect higher quality (quality in the sense of availability). In a cloud browser you may need additional error reporting. For example when something goes wrong between the cloud browser and client device you need to have feedback what went wrong.

Requirements
- There need to be a way to provide cloud browser specific errors. A proper error message may be repored in the global window object using the error event.
