PROPOSED to request the Director to advance Turtle, TriG, N-Triples and N-Quads to Proposed Recommendation.

In the Concepts document:

  • The rdf:HTML datatype may be made non-normative
  • The rdf:XMLLiteral datatype may be made non-normative
