RDF Graph Identification
See proposal: http://www.w3.org/2012/08/RDFNG.html
Resolved: The WG thinks a diagram like http://www.w3.org/2012/08/rdf-spaces-relationships.svg is very helpful, and we should probably have something like that (probably with different terms) in RDF Concepts link
New Rule: Any new proposal must be defined in terms the same diagram but using alternative names. New names must be justified in some detail.
Proposal: Node-IDs be shared between graphs in a TriG document. (This addresses ISSUE-21: Can Node-IDs be shared between parts of a quad/multigraph format?)
Proposal: We agree to extend the resolution of ISSUE-1 to ensure the compatibility of the TriG syntax and SPARQL, as much as possible, while maintaining compatibility with older TriG documents. Steve would like strong language around use of media types link
