Related notes:

Please clarify whether this is actually a DCAT or an ADMS issue. From the notes at http://www.w3.org/2013/04/12-gld-minutes.html#action04 looks like it was ADMS that was supposed to change, NOT DCAT.

Can you point to where a change in DCAT was recommended?
