Appointment of the scribe

<scribe> Scribe: Mark

Approval of prior meeting minutes

Minutes approved with no amendments

Review the agenda

Mark: A couple of new issues raised in mailing list

Agenda approved with no amendments

Administrative items

Eric: Any value in F2F? May be useful to finish CR.

East coast / central US would be best, but it seems likely that travel restrictions would prohibit this.

Eric: Suggest we check whether travel approvals from our organisations are likely to be forthcoming, and how much lead time would be required. Two days should be sufficient.

Review action items

Eric: Some investigation done, but none complete

Derek: http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/soapjms/tracker/actions/191 - discussed in list, and mail sent to list http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-soap-jms/2010Aug/0015.html
... There will be some cases where a service provider would know that expected properties- e.g. targetService - have not been specified and so a fault could be thrown in these circumstances

Eric: Suggest Derek raises as a new issue

Mark: Originally thought that missing targetService would be untestable, but now agree with Derek that there are cases where a fault would be useful

Phil: soapAction is different from targetService - it's usually specified in the WSDL - could restrict the fault to properties specified in the WSDL

Eric: Discussion is centred around the clarity of the text and whether it would be solved by a fault

Derek: Will keep action open and raise an issue

Phil: http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/soapjms/tracker/actions/197 - done

close action-197

<trackbot> ACTION-197 Create an alternate proposal for issue-55 resolution closed

Mark: http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/soapjms/tracker/actions/199 - done

close action-199

<trackbot> ACTION-199 Review the proposal for issue 48 and make a counter proposal if he does not agree closed

Mark: action200 done

close action-200

<trackbot> ACTION-200 Apply the changes for issue 50 closed

Mark: Action 201 - still pending

Eric: Action 202 - still pending
... Will make the necesary changes once all issues have been resolved

RESOLUTION: No objections to opening this as an issue

<scribe> NEW ISSUE: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-soap-jms/2010Aug/0017.html

... Suggest we review the test cases once the issues are resolved
