1. Review push update (Reviews due by 2 September 2010)

JT: Of course our deadline is sept2...

JS: I sent original letter out 118 people...and now I'm still waiting on adjusted wcag2 push list

JT: Did we ask for acknowledgement?

JS: I didn't ask for that for commenting, but I did for implementing

JT: maybe we could modify the letter and resend to ask for acknowledgement

JS: Good idea, I was already thinking of sending a reminder

JT: At some point we may need to construct our own consumer pushlist

JS: I think it makes sense to do that...
... WCAG pushlist is a lot of policy makers

JT: OK if we don't have it by end of week, we should construyct our own

JS: Maybe we just start

JT: Right but don't want duplicate effort

GP: Characteristics of people you want?

JT: We have a good industry and implemeter list.
... But we don't have a lot of consumer-groups and policy makers
... OK everyone send consumer org and policy maker contacts in

F2F planning

JR: People to come from iso mtg?

JT: lots of washington DC policy people
... So maybe a pressentatin and qa sessin for 4-5 additional people

JR: first 1.5hrs for that

JT: OK
... then comment review and implementation planning

GP: Goal?

JT: Processed all of comments...ready for heading to CR

3. IMPLEMENTATION GATHERING

JT: We need volunteers

GP: I do mean to be getting to Acrobat and DW

SN: I'm looking at Lotus...I've had discussion swith the team...
... I'd like to wrap it up by end of Aug

JT: OK

JR: Looking at TinyMCE, GoogleDocs

JT: Revise doc + add specific names
