1. Last Call status

JS: Still waiting on charter for some other WAI WGs
... No ETA
... Will try to get an update tomr

2. F2F Planning

JT: Hard to plan F2F without doc out for review period
... So we'll wait

3. Planning implementation gathering.

JT: Implementers and evaluators
... Are people sending things to Jeanne.
... My sense is getting evaluators will be easier than implementors
... Can WG members be evaluators?

JS: Hard in terms of workload

JT: Talked to contact at Mozilla....
... They will look through their apps for possibilities

JR: Switching my focus from iPhone to something re: mobile web

JT: Greg?

GP: Working on it, will step up effort

JT: At a recent UNESCO sponsored meeting...
... Discussed coming up with a similar doc for office documents

JR: Great - I started to look a bit at OpenOffice's HTML production

JT: Sueann?

SN: I'm giving presentation to tech. seminar on ATAG2 - that will be looking for potential tools and implementations + some other activities to get word out

JT: Great!

(minuting lighly due to non-WG names)

JT: How many evaluators needed?
... Two for each implementation

JS: Talked about this with Judy...
... We want credible exit conditions for CR...so grouping tools into "families"...e.g., combining CMS, LCMS
... BTW we don't write our own exit criteria and automatically get them...there is negotiation
... We need to increase WG membership...to meet the charter requirement.
... 10 or more active...
... We should call and remind people to come back in and partipate.

JR: Also we wanted to look at changing the meeting time to make Euope participation easier

JT: So we should recruit new memebers...first step being looking at better Euro time.
... So let's set for ourselves finding new people over next few weeks.

GP: May have to give regrets next week.
