This will help the Chairs and hosts with preparing the meeting agenda a logistics.

= 1. Travel =
== From Hongkong International Airport (HKIA) to Shenzhen ==

=== Ferry ===
Take ferry to Shenzhen (Shekou) terminal. From Shekou terminal you can take taxi to your hotel.

Ferry operates from 09:00 till 21:20. Neither you have to go through immigration nor have you to claim your baggage. Ferry ticket/boarding counters (and boarding gates) are situated before the HK immigration in the airport terminal and your baggage will be bought on-board on the ferry by the ferry staff.

=== Shuttle ===

You can also take shuttle to ShenZhen (FuTian). Shuttles can drop you at your hotel directly depending on which hotel you are staying and what hotels shuttle providers covers, otherwise you can take taxi to your hotel from ShenZhen (Futian) station.

=== Taxi ===

We recommend you to avoid reaching HKIA between 23:00 – 07:00 bcz at this time, taxi will be the only option for you.  You have to take taxi (500-600HKD) from HKIA to either Huanggang or Futian post (border), clear the Chinese immigration and then get another taxi to your hotel. 

= 2. Invitation Letter (for VISA) =

To obtain the invitation letter please send your request to all the below:

Requests for Letters of Invitation should include the following information
* Name as in Passport 
* Date of Birth 
* Place of Birth 
* Gender 
* Nationality 
* Passport No
* Place of Issue of Passport 
* Expiry Date of Passport 
* Company Name
* Position
* Scan copy of your passport first page and previous Chinese Visas (if any)

After we have the input (mentioned above) from you we will require about 7 working days to issue the letters. Please send your request as early as possible.

The Invitation letter from us WILL BE in Chinese only. The scanned copies of the letter will be sent to your email (from the past experience we believe most of the Chinese embassies/consulate will accept scanned copies of the invitation letters). Please confirm with the related Chinese embassy/consulate if they need the original hardcopies. If they do, send us your postal address and we will mail it to you.
