<dom_scribe> Kai's update on widget testing
Kai: I've asked a question to Robert on the test harness to see if my pass/fail test cases can be pushed up to the test harness
Wilhelm: I'll follow up with Robert to make sure he gets back to you on this
Kai: is WTF a test harness?
Wilhelm: it's primarily a way to organize the tests
Dom: are the changes uploaded to the CVS server?
Kai: no, they are only on my git repository at this time

<dom_scribe> Kai's latest take on usability of memory test
Wilhelm: test looks OK to me - it worked well on my devices
Kai: it works well on devices
that support it
... but on others, you may have to edit the URL
Wilhelm: maybe you should provide more starting values?

higher limits
... hopefully we can do that once the test is on a W3C
server

<scribe> ACTION: Wilhelm to look into replacement for inputmode test [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2009/01/06-mwts-minutes.html#action05] [DONE]
Wilhelm: I'm now proposing that
we import a test from one of the JavaScript frameworks
... they are widely deployed, and any browser that wants to
support the real web need to support that
... running one test from one of these would certainly be quite
relevant
Dom: sounds like a good idea; mildly concerned we might be seen as blessing which ever framework we choose
Wilhelm: jquery has the best test suite as far as I can tell
Kai: I think it's a good idea
Wilhelm: it's a bit heavy, but goes down to 18K once gzipped
<scribe> ACTION: Wilhelm to make a concrete proposal for jquery test in wctmb [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2009/02/10-mwts-minutes.html#action13]
