... avoid any kind of comments in test files
CS: Bentoweb copyright need to be removed and replace with the one Shadi will provide
RESOLUTION: move all scripting (css, js etc) in different file (even if short)
CI: in test samples that use jsp where locations refer: the location take into consideration jsp code (??)
