Hugo: going to Proposed Recommendation on Core and Soap. have a few issues coming up on the WSDL Binding, some labelled "interesting".
Jonathan: completed refresh publication of all documents. main alteration was some editorial changes, but there were some loosening up changes in HTTP binding. CR period has expired, given the statement when entered CR — there may some confusion over dates. Current statement of CR until July 1 looks like a realistic minimum, but may well be longer. expect to have a test suite and some results by July 1, but may take until September(ish) to exit CR
Paul: Got a new member (Origo), though lack of participation is still a concern. working towards first working draft.
Yves: discussing error handling. Must add right wording to spec, plus editorial corrections. also working on one-way MEP and pure one-way
Yves: making progress on Primer and Test Suite.
Carine: scheduling first call (will be next week)
Web Addressing is having its meeting on May 3-4, hosted by IBM in Cambridge, MA.

Philippe: Semantic Annotation Working Group created. One issue came out of ac-forum regarding precondition and effect being out of scope. The Team believes it belongs in the Constraints and Capabilities area. Feedback is welcome.
Yves: XML Protocol did not reach a decision on this - will tackle it this week but the Group do expect to provide feedback.
