Multimedia documents are not mentioned. There are many flash documents that have a constantly moving background which is highly distracting.

Multimedia should also be mentioned with luminosity and other sections. It may, however, be out of the scope of the document.

Proposed Change:

Include multimedia in the recomendations so people will not be in compliance if they use obnoxious moving backgrounds.; Related issues: (space separated ids); WG Notes: [TEAMC] ChS: The SC applies to content generally, including multimedia. So multimedia with areas that blink for more than three seconds without providing a mechanism to stop all blinking, already fails the SC. We can add to the end of the Intent of HtM SC 2.2.2: "This requirement applies to all types of web content, including multimedia and applets."
