The Dynamic Web Accessibility Adaptable States and Properties module includes a describedby property which provides help text to describe the object. This maps to platform accessibility APIs as well.

Proposed Change:

Add an XHTML technique that demonstrates using Dynamic Web Content Accessibility "describedby" property.; Related issues: (space separated ids); WG Notes: [TEAMC] create the technique and make it advisory for 1.3.1 and possibly 2.4.5. If create an example with a link, might be able to use it for 2.4.4. [Becky Oct. 4] I have created the technique.
