In "Example 1c" the following is stated:

"In example 1c, the name will be concatenated from the different elements inside the link to read "Example Text"
Example Code:

The code will in fact read "ExampleText" and not "Example Text".

Proposed Change:
Thus, it should be advised that the user inserts a space in [alt="Example "] in order to ensure that it reads as intended. It should also be pointed out that failure to insert appropriate spaces in either the alt attribute, or between image and adjacent text will result in concatenation that will reduce legibility for AT users.; Related issues: (space separated ids); WG Notes: Note removed the XX from JAWS, need a specific version number or just leave versionless.; Resolution: [DONE] Add space after the image and before "Text" [DONE] Change the description for Example 1c to: In example 1c, some assistive technology will not automatically insert a space character when concatenating the image's alt text and the text of the link. If the text should not be concatenated without a space, it is safest to insert a space between the image and the adjacent word so that words will not run together. [DONE] Add User Agent Note: JAWS XX does not insert a space between an image's alt text and any adjacent text. Respond to commenter: Thanks for raising this issue. We have changed the example so that there is a space after the image, and we have updated the User Agent notes and the description of the example to alert authors that some assistive technology will not insert a space automatically.; (Please make sure the resolution is adapted for public consumption)
