The last sentence, "A Web page that does not link to all the sections of a site, that presents an organization that is different from the site's organization, or that contains links that are no longer valid is not a valid site map." is not easy to follow. It should be better understood as a bulleted / numbered list. Proposed Change: A Web page is not a valid site map when: 1. It does not link to all the sections of a site, or 2. It presents an organization that is different from the site's organization, or 3. It contains links that are no longer valid.
