The Mobile Web Techniques for Best Practices are no longer available.
The set of techniques was maintained by the Mobile Web Best Practices Working Group, based on contributions from individuals of the Mobile Web community at large.
The Working Group unfortunately lacked the time and resources to review the submitted techniques. While it strongly believes that such techniques are immensely helpful for the community of Mobile Web Developers, the Working Group resolved to stop maintaining these techniques, and, not willing to confuse readers with potentially incorrect techniques, decided to remove the content of the techniques it had collected so far.
Please refer to the Mobile Web Best Practices 1.0 specification for detailed information on the recommended best practices.
