dotMobi has offered to adopt the Techniques Wiki as part of dev.mobi -- we need to effect this transition and make sure that it fits with W3C copyright rules, etc...

I think Jo has the ball on this: basically, W3C doesn't own the rights to transfer the modifications rights to third party, so this can only be done if the original contributors of the techniques (WG participants) agree to transfer the rights on their individual techniques.

According to W3C copyright rules, the agreement of the authors is required to transfer the techniques to some other places.

PROPOSED RESOLUTION: The WG is not responsible for transferring the techniques any longer. Close ISSUE-239.
