Aspects of a service are dependent on localization, but this is indicated
in the data itself.
Examples:
- text encoding (mostly covered by XML)
- currencies: Currency is transmitted together with amount (e.g. JPY
1100)
- actual measurements (length, temperature, etc.): Unit is transmitted
together with amount
- time zones
This is good practice! Try to use this pattern when Locale
Neutral is not possible.
