TAG Product: Identifying Application State
Note: the TAG has completed its work on this "product"
Goals
The goal of this work is to document for the community good practices relating to the use of URIs for identifying
and tracking the state of Web Applications.
Success criteria
- The TAG comes to consensus on good (and bad) practices relating to the use of URIs for identifying and tracking
the state of Web applications.
The analysis will include, but not be limited, to script-driven (e.g. AJAX-style) applications that are used to
display documents (email, maps, spreadsheets, etc.)
- The TAG publishes either a full W3C Recommendation or a TAG finding that effectively communicates the issues
and good practices to the Web technical community.
