At its September 2007 F2F meeting, the TAG concluded that a significant portion of the guidance in this document is also being provided in materials [CoolURI] being developed by the Semantic Web Education and Outreach Interest Group(SWEO). Consequently, the TAG decided not to proceed with this particular draft in its current form. Material in this draft that is not covered by the SWEO document may be used in other TAG publications in future.
