Makx Dekkers - Lightning talk - requirements: Useful overview of requirements for validation of structure and use of predicate vocabularies, but also of the value spaces (code lists) which I think could be extended to further types of reference data such as controlled vocabularies and authorities (themes/subjects, places, organisations/persons) which are the next level of interoperability.
