Tom Baker - possibly a lightning talk: This paper presents a wish list of five features that an RDF Validation approach should have. These five points should be presented at the workshop, possibly as a lightning talk, but if the workshop were to include a session to brainstorm requirements, a separate talk might not be necessary. I particularly like the "pipeline" approach to validation proposed here.
