- How does a search engine find info that matches a user's request (e.g.
if their preference is for content that conforms to x, y, z checkpoints of
spec a)?
- Who/what is the audience for reports?
- What does this audience do with these reports?
- Does a query language need to be developed?
- What happens if there's an alternative to EARL, also in RDF how do the
users tools distinguish between the 2?
- How does a test specification language fit? Will we be required to
change anything in EARL to work with a test spec language?
