Proposal: Reintroduce @for into the Core attribute collection

Proposal: Reintroduce the for attribute into the Core attribute collection of XHTML2.

Attribute set for @for

@for would take an IDREF, and operate much in the manner it did in HTML 4.01 with the important exception that it will not be limited to use with the LABEL element, but be extended to provide a reuse mechanism for (at least) ABBR, Q, D, and CITE. A for attribute would also be extremely useful as a means of establishing a relationship between a quote and its source.
