[imsc] Root Container is not defined

nigelmegitt has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/imsc:

Whereas TTML defines Root Container Region, IMSC uses the term "Root Container" which is undefined. Either 1) define "Root Container" as an alias to the TTML1 "Root Container Region" or 2) (my preference) globally replace "Root Container" with "Root Container Region" everywhere in the spec.
