Pros:
* JSON-LD and TRIG support named graphs.
* There are some use cases, and a history in the Open Annotation model
 of allowing them

Cons:
* Complexity required for a small number of use cases
* Requires re-engineering everything in TRIG instead of Turtle
* Needs implementations

To be discussed in the future.
