RE: ACTION-159: Pls advise on how CHANGES to previous version should be documented in deliverables (Spatial Data on the Web Working Group)

Thanks Phil,

In the case of SSN, I propose the first of these is the only useful one i.e like a change log at the end, see for example, https://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-dqv/#change-history

The diff respec approach is, as you say, not very helpful yet as the key thing is the difference between this work and the original ssn (although we can use respec for versions of our new SSN doco).

Finally, show the diff between the new work and the original SSN documentation (via http://services.w3.org/htmldiff) aint going to be much use either as even though changes in the core ontology should be small -- changes in the documentation are likely to be very substantial. But if I am wrong, we can add that at the end anyway.

If this is agreed, then we need to start that change log now for FPWD.

Most of our docs include:

- a change log at the end, see for example, https://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-dqv/#change-history

And a Diff. ReSpec will automatically generate a Diff for you for erach version of the same doc but if in this case you want to show the diff between the new work and the original SSN documentation then this is easily done with the tool at http://services.w3.org/htmldiff
