UCR ACTION-17

Hi All,

Frans kindly reminded me that ACTION-17 was still open and assigned to me.
I looked at the use case and the related requirements and it looks good to 
me.

The action can be closed, does that need to be done formally during a 
meeting or can I do it myself in tracker ?
