I had originally suggested "Précis" because at the time it was to capture 
numerous document level pieces of data and score aggregations and 
"Profile" was dropped as I guess it seemed prescriptive rather than 
descriptive.

I still believe that we need a document level container for metadata and 
"summary", "précis", "profile" are all fine with me.

Btw, in Lyon someone suggested changing the name from locQualityPrécis. I 
was curious if we settled on Précis or not. Sorry if I missed any decision 
on this.
 
I'm not sure if it has a different meaning in French but in English 
dictionaries it seems to indicate a textual summary, brief, recap of 
texts, points, ideas.
By these definitions I'm not sure we're using it in the right context.

Seems the suggested LocQualityScore would be more descriptive but now sure 
how to distinguish that from the Vote. Considering Vote and Score are 
mutually exclusive now, it's almost as if Vote should just be an optional 
flag to further indicating how the score was determined (although it could 
be redundant with the profile). The flag could be:

1. Default, (no flag = no Vote) based on some concrete criteria such as 
number of QA issues. 
2. Default (or Vote), by one QA person. Is it a score or a vote of 1 
person?
3. A vote by multiple people. But what does this exactly mean for the 
implementation.

Looking at 1 and 3 though, you might just want to have both Score and Vote 
at the same time. A Score determined by a concrete scoring profile. And a 
Vote based on another profile, partly subjective.

Just some thoughts, I'm probably missing something.

The Localization Quality Issue should be stable now, just waiting for 
approval to remove all the pointers minus one from the global rule.

Mostly to decide if the global rule needs changes.
