Broken Links on W3C Evaluation Tools Page

Regarding Broken Links on the W3C WAI Page:

I am a student at University of Washington (Seattle) working on a
Certificate in Website Programming and Design. As part of an assignment for
class ITA-340A we are asked to review the Accessibility Tools listed on the
page referenced above. During this review many (28 resources) have been
identified as either being no longer available or otherwise have broken or
redirected links included with their descriptions.

In order to assist you in your efforts to help facilitate access to these
tools, I am submitting with this email a list of the resources that have
broken links (see below); as well as suggestions for replacement links
where an updated resource is available.

Each item listed below is already included on the W3C Tools page and
includes: 1) The name of the broken resource; 2) The current
existing/broken URL; 3) The status of the current link (or reason it is
included); 4) A suggested replacement URL (or removal - where no
active/current replacement can be found).

No new resources are being suggested.

Thank you for your hard work and determination to provide rich and
meaningful online accessibility. I hope this information and submission is
helpful in your work. Please let me know if I may be of assistance to you
