Re: PROV-ISSUE-640 (TomDN): Namespace and prefix in PROV Dictionary [PROV-DICTIONARY]

Hello all,

the proposal to resolve this issue is to add the prefix "prov:" to all the
prov-n dictionary notations, analogous to what was done for PROV-Links.
This would make the extension valid.

If any members of the WG have an objection to this, we ask kindly to
inform us by replying to this email. If no objections are received before
Tuesday March 26th, we will assume this resolution is accepted,
