Re: uniform "changes since LC" sections (Action-707 part 1 ...)

I have to give my regrets for tomorrow's teleconference - I have a morning conflict.  

I don't quite understand this thread about what is expected of the SotD or whether the editors supposed to make these changes themselves.  

However, as I mentioned in the last teleconference, I have updated the editor's draft of the GSP document to include changes since the *last* publication.
