At http://wiki.whatwg.org/wiki/RelExtensions this is actually called
i18nrules, with the same meaning: rules in terms of the
"Internationalization Tag Set", see
http://www.w3.org/TR/its/#selection-global . Having i18nrules instead of
itsRules would be fine as well IMO.
