Draft minutes 11 April 2012

Attached are Draft minutes from today's teleconference, 11 April 2012, for approval at our next teleconference (Tentatively 18 April 2012).

Reminders:
* Please review the minutes from the F2F [1] for approval at next week's meeting.
-- while darobin didn't think my changes would be substantial, I ended up adding quite a few attendees to the Introductions section and added a number of links to other sections
* Please expect to fill out the WBS survey for our next F2F (sometime around the week of 9 July)

I'm going to try to remember to include speaker analysis for reference:

* "inserted" is a scribe artifact, which means that someone used "i/pattern-before-which-to-insert-a-line/line to insert/"
-- typically when I redact, I'd remove that line, however in this case, the line is there to deal with a behavior where consecutive "speaker:" lines are treated as a continuing conversation (with the second converted into "...") which of course caused the scribe script to not think of the second as a RESOLUTION.
